Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returned items must be:
• Unworn or unused
• In the same condition as received
• With original tags attached
• In their original packaging
• Include proof of purchase or a receipt
To start a return, please contact us at support@samitrove.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:
• Your item arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item
• Your item is defective
We’ll review the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, size, or variation, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
• Personalized items
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, feel free to contact us before sending it back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us.
